Chapters Café opens its terrace for an unhurried afternoon — a considered edit of warm scones, palm-inspired pastries and rare botanical infusions. Every element is composed in-house that morning, from the citrus curds to the loose-leaf blends, and served on the water's edge as the Palm skyline softens into gold.
