Our executive chef opens the Chef's Table for an unhurried tasting — seven courses drawn from three continents, each composed around a single seasonal produce arriving that morning. Pairings are optional but considered: rare vintages, aromatic non-alcoholic distillates and low-intervention wines from small growers.
